Our Infrastructure
MAN
A skilled, multi-shift workforce of qualified moulding technicians, quality inspectors and supervisors runs our plant around the clock. Every operator is trained on documented work instructions and undergoes continuous upskilling on safety, scrap reduction and dimensional control. Shop-floor ownership is reinforced through daily KPI huddles and a structured corrective-action loop, so quality is built in at every station rather than inspected at the end.
MACHINE
Our Sriperumbudur facility runs a state-of-the-art, fully automated injection moulding plant with combined output of 130+ metric tons of rigid plastic pails per month. The line is engineered for tight dimensional repeatability, fast cycle times and minimal energy consumption per shot. Robotic part removal, in-line vision checks and centralised process monitoring keep every shift at consistent industrial quality.
MATERIAL
We mould exclusively from virgin, prime-grade HDPE and PP resin sourced from reputed Indian and international suppliers. Every batch is verified against incoming-material specifications before it ever reaches the hopper, and food-grade lots are segregated for FMCG and dairy SKUs. The result is 100% defect-free rigid output with reliable chemical compatibility for paints, lubricants and agro-chemicals alike.
MOULD
Precision-machined moulds from trusted Indian and imported toolrooms underpin every SKU we ship. Each tool is maintained on a preventive schedule with tracked shot counts, so dimensional accuracy and surface finish stay within spec across millions of cycles. New moulds are developed in close collaboration with brand customers for custom geometries, embossed logos and decoration-ready surfaces.
